Shoot 4 - Clown

We shot the clown shots in the dark and around tea time so it wouldn't be too busy. Overall there weren't many issues whilst shooting, but these are the issues and successes we found.

Issues

• The bridge wasn't quite wide enough for some side angled shots of the clown running past.
• Sometimes the light wasn't bright enough in certain areas so we had to shoot right under the light.
• A few pedestrians walked past whilst we were shooting so we had to shoot another take.
• It was hard to run up the stairs with the mask on and actually see where the steps were whilst looking up so the camera could capture the clown's face.

Successes

• The shots were simple to shoot from what we drew on our storyboards.
• It wasn't time consuming at all.
• The lighting gave the exact shadows and silhouettes we were wanting over the mask for the sinister look.
• The weather held up so we didn't have to protect the camera.
• The location was perfect for what we wanted.
